However, I wanted to use this opportunity to emphasise this one please:
E is for EVERYONE’S DIFFERENT
HR encompasses the only resource in your business that is different with each example. If you use/make widgets to earn your income, all the widgets look the same. If you have robots in your assembly or packaging areas, all the robots look and act the same – or as you program them to act.
But the H is HR is for HUMANS – and there are no two exactly alike.
Get that right in your leadership and management thinking and you’re well on your way to a great work environment for employees and employers alike.
