Not really (there’s probably a book about that, somewhere). However, between now and late-September, when I’m delivering my weekly, 45 second pitch at my BNI chapter, I’m focusing on a topic for each letter of the alphabet.

Skills can be taught.
ATTITUDE, however, is a big influence on BEHAVIOUR.

In fact, there’s an entire study in psychology of Attitude-Behavior Consistency.

Attitude can be changed, but recruiting an employee with the right attitude in the first place is a lot easier than changing a bad or negative attitude once they’re onboard. This is especially the case for small and micro businesses, where employees needing excessive supervision due to their attitude can be hugely time-consuming and unproductive.
